Mark has been installing COMMANDbatch systems and teaching users the ins and outs of system use for over 16 years.  Mark combines his educational background (BA in Elementary Education, a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction) with years of experience in both child and adult education, an in-depth knowledge of ready mix plants, plant configurations, and PLC devices, and unmatched expertise in the COMMANDbatch software application, to deliver an outstanding classroom training experience for users of all levels of application and industry knowledge.   Mark is also certified by the American Concrete Institute to perform concrete testing and brings to the table his knowledge and good humor to make training an engaging and enjoying experience.
